Lauren Young is a Filipina actress who is a member of Star Magic.She was born November 8, 1993 in the United States. Currenlty, she is best known for playing the role of Nelle in Star Magic Presents: Abt Ur Luv. Lauren is the youngest and only sister of Megan Young, who is an alumnus of ABS-CBN's rival television station GMA's StarStruck and who plays Shane in Kokey.

Young stands 5’5". Her love team partner is AJ Perez in Abt ur love and tha upcoming show of Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin "LOBO". She is best known for playing the role Nelle in Abt Ur Luv.

When she was six years old, Lauren came to the Philippines even she was born in the United States. She is the youngest of two children, with Megan as her sibling. She made it to ABS-CBN at the age of 11 as the youngest member of Star Circle Batch 13.Her dream is to become a photographer someday.
