William "Will" Devaughn Stumpf born on February 27, 1982.He is a commercial model and has notably appeared in several commercials shown in the Philippines. He is profiled as a "German with Filipino blood" whose Filipino-American biological father left him with his German mother.He is currently appeared in Pinoy Big Brother Season 2.which he playing for the Brave Kids Foundation.

Devaughn earned his nickname because he flew all the way to the Philippines to look for his long lost love, a young woman who already broke his heart twice.Love brought Will to the Philippines.
