She played the young Shirley in GMA Network's remake of the Koreanovela Endless Love and Bea in First Time.She also appear in the teen romance drama called Reel Love Presents: Tween Hearts which she plays the role of Ligaya a.k.a.Aya a nerd girl who speaks with the nature. She is paired with Kristofer Martin which also her co-star/loveteam in Reel Love Presents: Tween Hearts and currently in Munting Heredera (TV series).
Joyce started her career on the television when she joined a Bubble Gang Jr. And she made dozens of commercials and ads.
Joyce Ching graduated elementary in Montesorri De San Ildefonso and in high school last April 7, 2011 in Makati Integrated Christian Academy and got one medal and a trophy for Most Outstanding Christian Character Award.
