She started her career at age 17. Right there and then, her career as a full-pledged model blossomed swiftly as she was handed numerous projects of print ads, TV commercials, billboards and endorsements from different company products such as PH Care, Jack n' Jill, Jollibee, Sunsilk, Goya, Burlington, Del Monte, National Bookstore, Charmee, Goldilocks, Icebergs, Revicon, Naked Sun, Tekki Noodles and BDO to name only a few.
Jef Gaitan also did numerous TV Commercials, print ads and billboards for Globe Telecom.
Crowned Ms. Sta. Rosa 2003, a runner up for Ms. Teen Philippines 2004 and was awarded Miss Photogenic at the Mossimo Bikini Summit.
Her acting career started when she appeared as a model in I Love Betty La Fea and eventually been cast for TV5’s Rakista as one of the schoolgirls.
Bearing the title of a Fashionista in Survivor Philippines Palau, Jef fought her way to be one of the female finalists in the reality program. Though she didn’t get to have the title, Jef is now becoming extra popular with her hosting stints at SOP and Showbiz Central every Sundays at GMA7.
A big fan of Golds Gym, this young lady has her way of being fit and living up to her title, fab fashionista.
